Nancy Nadolski is a family nurse practitioner with Foothills Psychiatry in Boise, Idaho, and is Co-Director of Foothills Foundation.

Nancy returned to school in her 40s; the combination of a master’s degree in counseling from Albertson College of Idaho in Caldwell and a master’s degree in nursing from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, speak to her commitment to lifelong formal learning. She is currently moving toward certification in psychopharmacology with the Neuroscience Institute.

Nancy is a member of the American Association for Sleep Professionals, Nurse Practitioners for Women’s Health, and Idaho Nurse Practitioners. An avid conference speaker, Nancy has presented at the 3rd International Nurse Practitioner Conference in Groningen, Netherlands, as well as at major advanced practice meetings around the United States. She has published numerous articles for professional publications and co-authored a case study book for the health practitioner titled 40 Cases: Understanding Psychiatric Medications. She has a strong interest in treating insomnia and other sleep problems across the lifespan; her second book, Raising a Family of Good Sleepers, is expected to be published soon.
